     Prayer of Confession:

Generous Father, too often we live as if we are owners and not stewards. Too often our sense of identity comes from what we do instead of to whom we belong. Too often we cling to what we have rather than live with open hearts and hands. Forgive us and grant us the spirit of generosity. In the name of Jesus we pray. Amen.
